Assembly & logistics
Our range of services also includes assembly and inspection and timely shipping. In addition to the production of components, we also handle the assembly of complete assemblies, electrical components and cable harnesses and even complete, operational devices.
All production steps – from incoming goods inspection of the materials to distribution – are subject to strict quality inspections. Your products are well tested and well packed before shipping. In customer-specific packaging and in the name of the customer, if requested.
For the logistical coordination of the shipment, we use established standard systems and support our customers along the entire supply chain. This includes the following activities:
- EDI processing
- KANBAN processing
- Handling of procurement activities in accordance with your supply chain
- Development of customer-specific packaging and transport systems
- Delivery within a range of 60 km with our own fleet and Germany-wide with a contract carrier
